Arrival:
On Arrival guests must arrive no earlier than 12 noon (unless other wise arranged).
Payment:
Payment is required on Arrival. We cater for most Credit Card exc. American Express.
Cost of the 1st night stay is required upon booking to reserve a room, if settling bill by card a £2 surcharge is added to final bill.
Departure:
Guest must vacate room by 10.00am.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made no less than 14 Days prior to arrival, deposit will be held against another booking made and completed within 8 weeks of cancellation. No shows and curtailment will be charged the full balance of booking. Cancellations made 7 days or less, prior to the arrival date, may incur further charges if the room is not re-let.
Cancellation and holiday insurance cover is widely available to protect you from such eventualities.
